Retro Girl

Had a fabulous glamour shoot yesterday. The location was a really gorgeous mansion; I used the library, the patio, and the mock diner. Here are my favorites from the mock diner, so retro, I love it! I'm such a sucker for all things 50s.

Had a couple of shoots recently with some red-headed girls. I love love love ginger hair.

Isaac

Here are some new shots of Isaac Strycker, a band member (Keys/Vocals) of Electric Touch! I shot him about a year ago, and I think my technical abilities have come a long way since then. He recommended that I just wing it for the shoot, which I was a bit hesitant about at first, I tend to be a bit of a control freak when it comes to my photoshoots. But it was surprisingly invigorating, I was absorbing so many ideas at once, and the nice thing was that he did whatever I asked him to do, and then some. A true model. Today was a gorgeous day for the shoot, too, there were tiny yellow butterflies EVERYWHERE, I really wish I could've gotten some shots of that. Today's shoot was really successful, I'm hoping I can add at least a few of these to my AP Portfolio.

Weddings!

Here are some shots from two weddings that I shot this past Summer/Fall. I'm not quite sure if this is the area of photography that I will pursue, but I'm certainly considering it. They were both scary and amazingly fun experiences.

Autumn Splendor

I did a country style shoot at Commons Ford Ranch with one my friends a few months back. We took an old garden chair, a bird house, and some tablecloths to add to the country-style feeling.

Had a shoot with a couple yesterday. These B&Ws were my favorites.

Little Cowboy

Took these shots of my family friends' five year-old, he loves playing dress up. This little cowboy outfit was absolutely adorable. There's something so cute about kids walking away from you in pictures, so confident and sure of themselves. :)

Santa Fe: Bonanza Creek Ranch

Here are some shots from when I went to Bonanza Creek Ranch, a movie set, with my workshop to shoot with models. Earlier that day, I had stepped on a cactus, so walking around was a bit of a pain. But besides that, this was most definitely my favorite day. The models were so amazing and easy-going, I just loved every minute of working with them!
